Guide

What this site is — and how to use it

· fortnitespritetracking.com

A sprite tracker is a checklist for every companion and variant you extract in Battle Royale. This site is free, works on phone or PC, and needs no account: tap Owned, star Mastered, and see exactly what is still missing.

Sprites are easy to mix up once Gold, Cheat Master, and older season looks enter the locker. Memory and screenshots stop scaling. A living checklist — with filters, Hunt Mode, and share links — is faster than rebuilding a spreadsheet after every patch. The board here is updated for the current Override roster, with past seasons kept so your collection data is not thrown away when a collab leaves the live loot pool.

Chart, list, and checklist

The home board is an interactive chart: each sprite-variant pair is a cell you can mark. Under that sits a list by season on the Sprites pages, with ability notes and dust costs. Together they replace a static template in Docs or Excel. Spreadsheets are fine until you need rarity filters, mastery stars, and a link you can paste in Discord.

Use Hunt Mode when you only want missing entries, sorted by rarity so the next chest has a priority. Search is there for mid-match name checks. Owned and Mastered are separate on purpose: extracting a Gold Bush is not the same as mastering it. That split is what a proper checklist should track, and it is why players outgrow a one-column sheet.

Printable view, image share, and collection backup

Need a printable view for a binder or LAN night? Filter to Missing, then use the browser print dialog — it reads as a clean checklist without a special PDF tool. For an image of progress, copy the share URL instead of cropping a locker screenshot. Friends open the same marks in their browser, which is cleaner than sending a screenshot that goes stale after the next extract.

Your collection stays in localStorage on this device. Export JSON when you switch PCs, or import a backup if you restore a browser profile. Share codes encode Owned and Mastered bits only — not your Epic ID. That is the privacy model of this site: useful backups, no mandatory login.

Compared to gg-style hubs and IGN guides

A Fortnite Sprite Tracker gg search usually lands on hubs with drop rates and ownership percentages. Those sites are strong for meta data. This site is the personal board you tick after you extract. Use both: check rates on a gg-style page, then mark the variant here. Neither replaces the other.

IGN and similar outlets explain extract, dust, and leveling. After you read that kind of explainer, come back to this checklist to record the actual locker. This page is not a news blog; it is the tool that stays updated when the season roster changes.

Season archive (including Batman)

Collabs leave the live pool. If you need a Batman row from Chapter 7 Season 3, openSeasons and theBatman sprite page. The archive keeps past-season variants on a separate chart so your collection still shows those unlocks after Season 4 Override became the live board. That is how a new roster can exist without deleting last season's work.

How to use this site

  1. Scroll to the tracker and mark each extracted variant as Owned on the chart.
  2. Star Mastered when you hit the in-game mastery rule (usually level 5 plus extract).
  3. Turn on Hunt Mode or Missing to treat the board like a focused checklist.
  4. Copy a share link or export JSON to back up your collection.
  5. Print the Missing filter if you want a printable sheet for offline sessions.
  6. Read abilities on the Sprites page, then return to tick the checklist.

That loop is the difference between a one-off template and a tool for daily play: the updated board on fortnitespritetracking.com, plus archives for collabs. Bookmark this site as your browser-based tracker — dark mode, mobile taps, no Epic login.

Why this is built as a website, not a store app

An online tracker loads instantly, works on school Chromebooks and phones, and does not wait on an app-store review when the new season roster drops. "Fortnite Sprite Tracker app" searches still match this experience: it behaves like a lightweight app, installed as a bookmark. When the live roster updates, you already have the latest version without downloading a binary.

We do not scrape Epic at runtime. The list is curated JSON so the chart stays fast and predictable. Placeholder marks stand in for official art — this is not an image dump of copyrighted locker icons. When you supply licensed art later, cells can swap in without changing how the checklist works.

Unofficial tool

This site is a fan project. It is not affiliated with Epic Games, fortnite.gg, IGN, or any publisher named in community searches. It cannot grant sprites. Check theFAQ after patches. For trades, useCompare with two share codes rather than guessing from a blurry screenshot.

Jump to the checklist, thefull sprites page, or keep reading this guide when you are planning a completion run. Whether you needed a chart, a sheet replacement, a Batman archive, or simply the best online tracker for your locker — start marking. The next extract is easier when the board is honest.

FAQ

Fortnite Sprite Tracker FAQ

Straight answers on Sprites, rarity, this tracker, and related Fortnite questions.

What is the point of Sprite in Fortnite?

Sprites are collectible companions in Fortnite Battle Royale. Find one, extract it before the match ends, and it stays unlocked so you can summon it later with Sprite Dust. Each Sprite adds a passive ability (mobility, healing, loot, reload, and more) that can level up. Variants such as Gold or Cheat Master are extra collectibles on top of the base Sprite. Use this Fortnite Sprite Tracker checklist to mark Owned and Mastered.

What does Fortnite Tracker do?

Many people mean stats sites (KD, wins, rank) when they say Fortnite Tracker. This Fortnite Sprite Tracker is different: it is a free online checklist for Sprite companions — Owned, Mastered, Hunt Mode, share links, JSON backup, and season archives (including Batman). It does not log into Epic, does not show match history, and does not unlock Sprites in-game. It only tracks the collection you mark.

Is the Fortnite tracker safe?

This Fortnite Sprite Tracker website stores progress in your browser (localStorage). There is no Epic account, no password, and no cloud login in v1. Share codes only contain checklist bits you copy yourself. It is unofficial and cannot change your Fortnite locker. Avoid any third-party tool that asks for your Epic password. We do not sell accounts or inject into the game client.

What are some Sprites in Fortnite?

Chapter 7 Season 4 (Override) includes Bush, Adventure, 8-Bit, Jonesy, Killswitch, Sonic, Tails, Shadow, Jackrabbit, Crown, and Klombo — each with Normal, Gold, and Cheat Master variants. Season 3 archives include companions such as Air, Aura, Batman, and others with Gummy, Galaxy, Gem, Holofoil, Cube, and Quack treatments. Browse the full Fortnite Sprite Tracker list on the Sprites page.

Are Fortnite Sprites rare?

Yes. Season 4 uses Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic tiers. Mythic Sprites (Crown, Klombo) and premium variants (Gold, Cheat Master) are harder to see in chests than Normal Rare drops. Some variants also have low community ownership. This tracker’s rarity filters and Hunt Mode help you chase scarce ones without mixing them up with common Normal copies.

Why are they called Sprites in Fortnite?

Epic named these small companion creatures Sprites — like a familiar or pet that follows you and grants a passive. The word fits the playful, elemental, and collab-character art. It is not the same as a computer-graphics sprite (a 2D image). On this site, Sprite always means the Fortnite collectible companion.

Where can I find Sprites in Fortnite?

Most Chapter 7 Sprites drop from chests and supply drops, not fixed map spots. Grab the Sprite, then extract before the match ends. Gold, Cheat Master, and older treatments (Gummy, Galaxy, and similar) are found the same way as the Normal version. Use Hunt Mode on this Fortnite Sprite Tracker to see which variants you still need before you drop.

What are the top 5 best Sprites in Fortnite?

Best depends on your loadout. A practical Season 4 shortlist: (1) Jackrabbit — extra mid-air jump; (2) Tails — hover after double jump; (3) Sonic — sprint speed; (4) Shadow — auto-reload on stowed guns; (5) Jonesy — delayed heal after damage. Crown is excellent if you win often; Klombo is strong for loot if you can feed it. Mark what you own on the Fortnite Sprite Tracker chart instead of chasing a single meta-only list.

What are the top 10 hardest sprites to find in Fortnite?

Hardest usually means Mythic bases plus scarce variants, not a secret spawn. A realistic hard-to-complete list: Crown (Mythic), Klombo (Mythic), Jackrabbit (Legendary), Gold Crown, Cheat Master Crown, Gold Klombo, Cheat Master Klombo, Cheat Master Jackrabbit, Gold Shadow or Gold Sonic (collab Epics), and leftover Season 3 treatments such as Galaxy or Holofoil Batman that no longer drop live. Unreleased rows are rarer still. Tick Hunt Mode so the board only shows what you still need.

How can I design a Sprite for Fortnite?

You cannot upload a custom Sprite into live Fortnite through this site or any unofficial tracker. Epic owns the companion roster. You can still concept-art a Sprite for fun (silhouette, ability, variant colors) and share it as fan art. Official additions come from Epic and collabs only. Use this Fortnite Sprite Tracker as a checklist for official Sprites, not as a design submission tool.

How do Fortnite Sprites work?

Find a Sprite in a chest or supply drop, then extract it before the match ends to keep it permanently. Summon it later with Sprite Dust. Each Sprite has a passive that levels up — often to level 5 for mastery. Crown levels from wins; Klombo levels by consuming items. Variants are separate collectibles. This Fortnite Sprite Tracker checklist stores Owned (extracted) and Mastered (typically level 5) in your browser.
